Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support in maintaining and supporting IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for user issues related to network, systems, or applications.
- Support LAN/WAN, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Coordinate with experienced IT team members for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
- Help with data backup and system updates (e.g., Barcode, HRMS, CCTV, etc.).
- Maintain IT documentation and assist in system setup for new employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in IT support. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Overview:
Zymo Cosmetics is seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce coordinator for our online business operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire D2C e-commerce ecosystem— from platform management and revenue generation to logistics coordination and customer experience enhancement. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, e-commerce platform expertise, and a proven track record in driving digital revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Platform & Store Management – Oversee daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), including product listings, pricing, content, and inventory sync.
- Content Optimization – Enhance product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversions.
- Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive KPIs such as revenue, AOV (average order value), cart abandonment reduction, and conversion rate improvement.
- Campaign Coordination – Work with digital marketing teams on SEO, PPC, email, SMS, and paid ad campaigns, ensuring data-driven execution.
- Customer Experience – Ensure a smooth checkout, payment, delivery, and return process, address customer queries and escalations promptly.
- Promotions & Offers – Plan, execute, and track performance of discounts, bundles, upsells, and cross-sell strategies.
- Inventory & Logistics – Coordinate with warehouses/fulfillment partners to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely order dispatch.
- Analytics & Reporting – Use tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, and marketplace dashboards to track performance, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- UX & Conversion Optimization – Implement site improvements, CRO audits, and A/B tests to enhance user engagement and conversions.
- Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities to adapt strategies proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce management, marketplace operations, or digital sales.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and marketplace portals with strong understanding of SEO,
analytics tools, and online marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, user behavior, analysis tools and Knowledge of digital
advertising platforms
- Skilled in MS Excel and data analysis for sales and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, achieve sales targets, and improve e-commerce KPIs in a fast-paced
environment.
